Resilience & Inner Strength
Not feeling like yourself lately? Life’s challenges can leave you feeling anxious, drained, or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll work to explore your story, underlying beliefs, recurring patterns, and protective parts that may be keeping you stuck, creating space for deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
When anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or grief start to feel heavy you don’t have to go through it alone (ages 6 to elderly).
You may also be going through a tough time after a breakup, infidelity, divorce, bullying, job stress, relationship issues, alcohol abuse, infertility, adoption wounds, caregiving, stress, burnout, or struggling with codependency. You might be struggling with attachment style issues in relationships, life challenges, or life transitions. Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone.
Let’s get to the root of your issues, work on some blind spots, and find some hidden potential so you can start feeling better.
I offer engaging online and in-person therapy for children using interactive white board tools, visual activities, and games to help kids stay actively involved in sessions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other awesome techniques with teenagers to work on underlying beliefs, recurring patterns, and past experiences. I use a variety of awesome techniques & talk therapy with adults to explore your story, underlying beliefs, recurring patterns, and protective parts.
